Eduardo del Valle Mora

Eduardo is the Director of the Corporate Environmental Law and Marine Environmental Law Teams at Almaster. With over 15 years of experience advising on Environmental Law across various industries and economic sectors, he specializes in developing legal solutions for managing environmental risks and creating biodiversity management markets.

He strongly believes in the importance of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to tackle and solve environmental challenges through innovative legal solutions. Eduardo is committed to making a meaningful impact and strives for his Environmental Law Practice to drive sustainability and promote biodiversity conservation.

Throughout his career, he has been a professor at Universidad Externado, Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de los Andes, and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He is the author of three books and over twenty national and international academic articles on Environmental Law, Oil and Gas Law, and Natural Resource Law. He is currently a member of the Colegio de Abogados Javerianos, the Center for Procedural Law Studies (CEDEP) where he leads the Environmental Chapter, and the Board of Directors of the Colombian Institute of Environmental Law and Sustainable Development (ICDADS).

Eduardo is an avid nature enthusiast and co-founder of the Aguadulce – Río Sumapaz Habitat Bank, an initiative in which the sustainability and protection of the tropical dry forest is promoted. He also enjoys sports, particularly through the practice of Taekwondo.
