María Antonia is a Lawyer of the Corporate Environmental Law and Marine Environmental Law Teams at Almaster. She has over three years of professional experience, having worked in both the public and private sectors. Her work focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance through critical analysis of regulations and the development of strategies that promote environmental protection and secure the sustainability of each project.

 
Throughout her career, she has advised various clients on environmental matters related to regulatory and legislative challenges, as well as strategic engagement. She has also taken part in national and international discussions on biodiversity and natural resources management, representing public environmental sector entities.
 
María Antonia firmly believes that the exchange of environmental information among different stakeholders is a crucial mechanism for strengthening the biodiversity management capacities of society.
 
She is passionate about hiking in páramos and exploring wax palm forests, with a deep appreciation for orchids and hummingbirds. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and practicing yoga.
